Shipping / Tracking

At Dragon Fire Jewels, we are thrilled to be able to offer international shipping to almost any country in the world. With multiple warehouses and shipping partners, we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Depending on the products you order, it will be shipped from the warehouse closest to you. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Dispatch and Delivery Time

We process orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am till 5:00 pm EST. Your order will be shipped with the available service in your region. The estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard USPS Shipping (North America): 10-15 business days
  • International Shipping (European Union, Globally): 10-15 business days

Tracking

Once we receive your order, our warehouse staff will prepare it for shipment, and you will receive an email with a tracking link. The carrier will collect the package from our warehouse, and the tracking link will start to populate. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the carrier to collect the package and scan the label.

Although 99.9% of our orders pass through customs smoothly, occasionally parcels may be delayed due to security checks. In rare cases, you may be required to pay additional import duties. Unfortunately, we are not liable for these charges.

Covid-19 Corona Virus

Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, there may be delays with your shipment. Increased package screening, social distancing protocols, staff shortages, and changes in customs procedures have led to slower delivery times than usual. We are doing our best to get orders through the system as quickly as possible, but we ask for your patience during this challenging time.

Tracking Information

If your tracking information is not updating or showing little movement, please don't worry. Sometimes, packages can appear to be stuck in transit and don't show any signs of movement for several days or longer. This usually indicates that the package is passing through customs or security checks. Please note that any delays in transit are the sole responsibility of the courier service, unless caused by the customer providing an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Dragon Fire Jewels. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. You must notify us within 30 days of receiving your product. Once you notify us, our staff will work with you to process the request and provide you with the address to return the product. Return shipping is paid for and organized by the customer. Please note that we do not offer refunds for any shipping charges noted on your order.

Once we receive the product and confirm that it meets the above conditions, we will process your refund. You will be refunded the total amount you paid for the product, excluding any shipping costs. Please note that depending on your method of payment, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the funds to be returned to your account. We are unable to provide any other form of compensation for late deliveries.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by your country's customs department upon arrival. The recipient of the order is responsible for all import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Dragon Fire Jewels does not collect duties and taxes and cannot provide any information on the cost of duty and taxes.
